Refund Policy for Competitive Team Players


Refunds are based on the payment schedule dates and amounts. Refunds requested on the end of each month are eligible for the amount remaining on the schedule if paid in advance.


2025 Summer 9U-12U Refunds

Exceptions


  1. Injury that does not allow play for most or all of the season. (the Board may request medical evidence)
  2. A family is leaving the community. (the Board may request evidence)
  3. Other situations beyond the control of the player or family.
