Summer 2024 Player Registration - Premier Teams

Player Registration
Players are fully registered when the items listed below are completed:
- Online registration is completed.
- Registration fee is paid or payment plans are arranged.
Late registration includes a $100 late fee. Late registrations are given a lower priority for team placement and may be subject to roster space availability. After registration closes, you will be able to register for the waitlist. If there is room on a roster in your age group, you will be invited to complete the registration and be given seven days to complete it before it is offered to the next player on the waitlist.

Team Formation & Participation Expectations
Registration with Mankato United Soccer does not guarantee any player a spot on a specific team or with a specific coach, family member, or friend.
Summer 2024 premier teams will be invitational, and selection will be decided using evaluations done by Hisham Sorour, director of coaching, and Mankato United team coaches. Evaluations are completed throughout the soccer year for players already participating in competitive league play. Evaluations include winter training, league games, and practices.
Registration is due one week after invites are sent. Any player not securing a roster spot by the end of one week will have their spot released to another player if there is a waitlist for the team.
MUSC Premier teams are designed for fully committed players to play at the highest levels of league play. Players are expected to attend all training and games throughout the winter, spring, and summer. Before training begins, multi-sport athletes should discuss potential conflicts with the coach, team manager, or MUSC Director of Coaching. Generally, training is held after high school sports practices and games. Unexcused absences will impact players' play time during matches.
Families are expected to use PlayMetrics, the software used by Mankato United. All club-wide communication, individual team information, schedule, availability, and roster information will be posted on PlayMetrics. Click the link below for a PlayMetrics user guide.

Team Training
Summer Competitive registration fee includes an indoor rental fee for winter team training. 15U-19U Premier teams will train on Scheel's Field at the MNSU All Sports Dome November through March. The coach or team manager can schedule additional hours for training, and the field cost will be shared among the team.
Registration Fees
Summer 2024 Fees for Premier Teams is $700. The registration fee includes the following:
- A portion of indoor training
- Uniform (provided with the new uniform cycle beginning 2025 Summer season)
- Outdoor training fields
- League membership
- Player secondary insurance
- Coaches' Salary
- $2,100 of tournament reimbursement
- Club administrative fees
A payment plan is available and includes fees for additional transactions.
